EclipsePOS system manager is the configurations consol and the backend server for EclipsePOS. Some of configuration parameters that can be maintained are the organization, employee roles, employees, tax groups, tax, Currency, Currency rate, Station, pos, pos hardware parameters, pos keys and menu settings.

Data Source setup facility

Default data source is the Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005. SQL server connection parameters are managed within Data source setup facility.
Role based user setup

POS events such as item void, X-read, Z-read, change price, discount, promotions etc. can be grouped into an employee role and these roles can be assigned to employees.
POS Parameters

Text literals in Receipt printer, pos display and customer display can be changed to suit your needs.
Discounts and Promotions

Configurable robust promotional pricing and discounting structures
Reporting

Periodic sales, collection and tax reports are built in.
Print Labels

Generate Barcode labels using laser or ink jet printer.
