It’s useful for making a video-game character and an animated GIF.Supports color formats(1, 4, 8, 15, 16, and 24 bits) and file formats (GIF, BMP, JPEG, PNG, and AVI). It’s possible to export all frames as multiple files or a combined image. In addition, provides Filters (emboss, blur, mosaic, and etc.), Rotate, Resample, Capture, Acquire (TWAIN), Print, Browse, Batch Conversion, and etc. You may use it for free except processing GIF format.
